The mission
The Right Facilities for Exceptional Performance
Automation is implemented in different stages of production to help reduce cost and turnaround time for each garment.
AI, CLO, Auto cutting, Auto-marker and Dashboard software programs are some of the technologies we use to generate real-time production data. We are always on the lookout for innovative technology and continually refine every part of our process.
Our Investronica IV 70A cutting machine delivers precision cutting for coated fabrics with features including zero-offset cutting, real-time blade detection, advanced grinding technology, multiple cutting modes, and single-blade forming for symmetrical pieces.
Multiple layers of fabric together are bonded together to create a strong and durable barrier against the elements for long-lasting performance.
Specialized machines are used to test the seam strength and durability of our garments, ensuring that they meet stringent quality standards and can withstand challenging outdoor conditions.
Gives us the capacity to create precise and durable embroidery designs on our garments, ensuring that they are resistant to wear and tear.
Quality is overseen by our highly trained staff who are just as vital an investment as the machinery they operate.
Working closely with our equipment suppliers, our in-house machinists help design machines that are tailor-made for each type of garment construction to improve efficiency and quality.
