IDFL Tested

Our products undergo comprehensive testing by the International Down and Feather Bureau (IDFL) for quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process. This rigorous evaluation helps ensure consistent performance, material integrity, and industry-standard compliance, giving customers confidence in the durability, reliability, and overall quality of every product we produce.

Down Certification

Our insulated jackets and pants are certified with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS), ensuring the feathers and down used are sourced from certified farms that follow strict animal welfare and ethical practices. This certification guarantees transparency and traceability throughout the supply chain, while also delivering high-quality insulation that provides reliable warmth, comfort, and performance in cold conditions.

Sophisticated Production Process

This includes highly efficient sewing machines, tailor-made shaping for design flexibility, machine sorting and blending of down and feathers, filling down machines, and dry room storage with stable temperature control. This sophisticated production process ensures consistent quality, precise construction, and optimal insulation performance while maintaining high standards of durability, efficiency, and craftsmanship throughout every stage of manufacturing.
